Inheriting the tradition and heritage of the Yonsei Spirit, Sinchon Campus acts as the heart of innovation in Yonsei education and research, connecting all four campuses: Sinchon Campus, Yonsei University Health System, International Campus, and Mirae Campus. With an ever-evolving world-class campus infrastructure, Sinchon Campus leads convergence education and research, transcending academic boundaries. Yonsei Science Park, which was built on the year that marks the 60th anniversary of the integration of Yonhi and Severance, is a milestone in convergence research. In addition, Sinchon Campus fulfills the social responsibility of the university through global social contribution.

Northeast Asia’s medical hub
with global competitiveness
With 139 years of accumulated medical experience and global competitiveness, the Yonsei University Health System (YUHS) is the history and cradle of the Korean medical community. Based on the medical complexes of its five hospitals - Severance Hospital, Yonsei Cancer Hospital, Gangnam Severance Hospital, Dental Hospital, and Yongin Severance Hospital – YUHS implemented an integrated, ubiquitous information system that organically connects all institutions and its cutting-edge, world-class medical system. It carries out its mission, “with the love of God, free humankind from disease and suffering,” by achieving harmonious development of education, research, and treatment through advanced clinical medicine and convergence research with basic medical fields of each college.

An independent campus with strong

Mirae Campus has a history of introducing new paradigms for higher education, for example, the first-ever full Residential College program in Korea. Now, in pursuit of educational innovation and cultivation of creativity and convergence, Mirae Campus is transforming its undergraduate curriculum to match the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through initiatives to future-proof its educational models, Mirae Campus is creating new visions and new values for the next one-hundred years of Korean higher education.

International Campus
The center of innovative
global education
International Campus is the new wing of Yonsei University, where its global higher education paradigm is being realized, including the Residential College (RC) program, convergence education, and global programs. The School of Integrated Technology, the Integrated Science and Engineering Division (ISE) and Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences Division (HASS) of Underwood International College, and the College of Pharmacy are located at the International Campus. The campus has become a cradle for future global leadership and creativity beyond the limits of particular disciplines.
